The short version: these terms cover the solenia.com website and demo requests. Use of the Solenia platform by customers is governed by a separate master services agreement.
1. Agreement
By accessing solenia.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. What the Site is
The Site provides information about Solenia's products and services, illustrative product previews using sample data, and a way to request a demo. Site content — including statistics, product mocks, and partner references labeled "illustrative" — is provided for general information and does not constitute an offer, a performance guarantee, or a binding service commitment. Solenia's services are provided to customers under separately negotiated agreements.
3. Demo requests
Submitting a demo request does not create a customer relationship or obligate either party. Information you submit is handled per our Privacy Policy. We aim to respond within one business day but do not guarantee response times.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't break, probe, or overload the Site, or attempt to access non-public areas.
- Don't scrape the Site for purposes of building competing datasets, spamming, or reselling.
- Don't submit unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content through our forms.
- Don't misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, product names including "Solenia," "The Switch," and "Mission Control," and underlying code — are owned by Solenia or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for evaluation purposes. Third-party names, marks, and logos shown on the Site (including AI model providers) belong to their respective owners; references are nominative and do not imply endorsement or partnership.
6. Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it without restriction or obligation to you.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ILLUSTRATIVE FIGURES, COMPARISONS, AND PRODUCT PREVIEWS ON THE SITE ARE EXAMPLES, NOT PROMISES OF OUTCOMES.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLENIA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Solenia against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
